Application

This machine is an automatic production line for processing flat steel, which can realize punching, marking, cutting and other functions on one machine. It is mainly suitable for angle steel tower industry, steel structure construction industry and other fields. cnc flat steel punching

Main Working Process:

- The flat will be loading on the infeed conveyors.

- The carriage can move the angle forward and back on the infeeding or outfeeding direction.cnc flat steel punching machine

- After materials are positioned,

- Hydraulic clamps fall and hold materials.

- The Marking unit has 4 groups of Character Boxes, it will mark automatically.

- The left or right side Punching head can move up and down according to the program value.

- After the hole is proceed, upper hydraulic clamps are opened and the materials is positioned to the next punching coordinates again. All these operations are repeated for the whole length of the materials.

- If necessary the cutting unit will cut the angle to right length automatically.
